In this section we will cover some of the stories about the most stupid criminals in the world.
This edition is about Mathew Allan Mcnelly and Joey Lee Miller (see below). These two very stupid aalleged would-be-burglars attempted to break in to an apartment in Carrol, Iwoa. Their disguise? They scribbled all over their faces with black
permanent marker pen. They lost their nerve and drove off when a witness called the police. The two were switly aprehended by local law enforcement officers, who, are probably still laughing at the idiotic pair.
