This week saw the controversial "Question Time" debut of Mr. Nick Griffin, the current leader of the ultra-right wing party BNP. Mr Griffin, or should I say Herr Griffin vehemently denied he is or was a nazi, as well he would. This reporter however is not convinced. It is not the conspicuous new growth of hair he is sporting on his upper lip, or the sieg-heil salute some of his followers like to greet him with, that has me reaching for the yellow starred arm band and concentration camp tattooist, but rather the manner in which he denies being one. The Nationalist Party died with the end of the second world war, why don't we just leave it that way? or have we learned nothing in the last sixty four years?
