On Cloud Nine= to be very happy   "Mary has fallen in love. She's on cloud nine."
 To be over the moon= to be very happy           "Jack is over the moon, he's just won the lottery."

Black Sheep= Oucast, the odd member of a family or group      "Johnny never respected his father or did as he was told, i guess you could say he was the black sheep of the family."
